Exercise doesn't happen when we are tired and it doesn't matter how many times we promise ourselves that we will go the gym after work, or start that exercise plan tomorrow, if we are tired due to poor sleep, it is never going to happen. Therefore, in buying a memory foam mattress, not only will you be able to get a good nights sleep, therefore burning more calories while you are sleeping, but you will also find yourself in a better mood and more energized, meaning those trips to the gym will happen!
Try mixing equal parts lemon juice and water. Place it in a spray bottle and spray the cleaning solution on the affected areas of the bed. Let it stay there for about an hour before wiping it off with a damp towel.
Don't go shopping with any preconceptions. Don't believe a firm mattress will give the best support - many softer mattresses give excellent support. When testing, first try out a firm mattress and then work your way through softer versions. Do this several times until you find the 'feel' that works best for you.
Which type you choose is a personal choice. Many like the body conforming properties of a latex or memory foam mattress while others don't like how it feels at all and prefer the traditional inner spring system.
