A memory foam topper is a very easy way to improve the quality and the comfort of your sleep. Every one knows how nice memory foam is - it's that stuff developed by NASA which depresses to your weight when you sit in it or put something in it. If you put a drink bottle into the stuff and remove it you will find a perfect mould of that drink bottle (not completely sure why I chose 'drink bottle' as an example there). A firm memory foam mattress topper is an ideal solution if your bed is a little bit too soft - and you like a firmer bed. Or for a few other reasons.
The most effective way of removing sweat stains is through the use of vinegar. Soak the area affected in one part vinegar and two parts water solution. Let it stay there for an hour. After an hour, wipe the surface of the mattress with a damp towel. Sprinkle baking soda to diffuse unwanted sweat smell. Vacuum the mattress and let it dry completely.
This process may seem really long and difficult, but it is worth it. We sweat a lot during the night, and our mattresses just absorb it all. By taking the time to clean it, we are giving our memory foam mattresses a longer life than they would ordinarily have. Plus the cleaning will remove any dust or dust mites that may be hiding within our memory foam mattresses. This process can also be used of mattress protectors for memory foam mattresses.
If you're looking to firm up a soft bed, then the extra firm or firm mattress toppers from Sleep Better might be what you're after. If you just want a nice piece of memory foam, I'd suggest that you take a look at a few other options first.
